A Public Administration that is aware, accessible, and barrier-free

Approach In an evolving regulatory and technological context, the goal was to strengthen staff skills, adopt operational tools, and promote digital inclusion, in response to the challenges posed by the NRRP and European directives. We adopted an integrated Public Program Management approach, supporting the client in operational coordination and in defining concrete tools, such as the Accessibility Guidelines. The process included specialized training, technical support, and guidance through cultural change to ensure an effective transformation.
