A digital platform useful for citizens, businesses, and public administrations


To limit the impact of circulating vehicles in the city with regard to traffic and the environment, local administrations are increasingly controlling areas of particular urban importance through LTZ-approved systems.

Nowadays, a digital platform is essential in order to simplify the requesting and renewal of LTZ authorizations for citizens and businesses, as this offers users simplified access to mobility service and allows administrations to have full control over the configuration and verification of the authorizations issued.

INES Cloud – Authorizations

Back-end module for configuring authorizations and managing the entire authorization process.

INES Cloud – User and Vehicle Registration Data

Back-end module for the management of vehicles and users with the possibility of integration with the Municipal Registry.

INES Cloud – User Area

Web area dedicated to users for sending documentation and requesting changes, new authorizations, renewals, and payments.

INES Cloud – Reports

Module for analyzing and reporting on the authorizations issued.

AgID-qualified cloud infrastructure

From 01 April 2019, Public Administrations can only acquire IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services qualified by AgID and published in the Cloud Marketplace.

The AgID Cloud Marketplace is the platform that displays the services and infrastructure qualified by AgID in accordance with the provisions of the AgID Circulars No. 2 and 3 of 09 April 2018. Within the Cloud Marketplace it is possible to view the technical data sheet of each service, highlighting the technical characteristics, cost model, and service levels declared by the supplier during qualification process.

The INES Cloud platform passed the AgID qualification in 2019.
