Approach

The project follows the line already started and consolidated by the Administration, systematizing the museum offer and enhancing it both through the creation of new digital services for visitors and through integrated promotional-commercialization and communication, linked to the “Imperia. Authentic Experience” brand.

Solution

Direct management of the Museum Circuit by the RTI, which brings investments, know-how, experience, and technological solutions. The project focuses on two fundamental aspects: the communication and promotion of the tourist-cultural offer and the experiential and emotional involvement of visitors.
For the enhancement of the museum circuit, investments are planned in digital tools and services for management and fruition, new informational and cultural content, marketing, and promotion.
The proposed digital ecosystem includes the service and content management platform (back end) and multi-channel services for visitors (portal, multimedia guide, e-ticketing, multimedia content supporting the experience).

All this with a streamlined procurement and management method that respects the actors of the territory: the Public-Private Special Partnership.
