Simple data, such as personal information (name, surname, etc.), contact information (telephone number, e-mail address, professional profile, etc.).
The provision of your personal data for these purposes is optional but there is no consequence in the event of your refusal.
Your Personal Data may be shared with natural or legal persons expressly authorized to process your personal data pursuant to art. 28 and 29 GDPR.
Morevoer, you data will be shared with public authorities if it is mandatory to communicate personal data under the provisions of the law. Your personal data may also be shared with organizers or co-organizers of e-learning courses, webinars and conferences in the event that registration is requested.

In the event that you request enrollment in a course provided by another person, other than Municipia S.p.a., you are invited to read the Privacy Notice made available by the latter acting as independent data controller.
The Data Controller does not transfer your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area.
Your Personal Data will be kept by Municipia S.p.a. only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected.
The minimization principle referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR will be respected. The data collected for marketing purposes will be deleted after 24 months from their conferment.
Municipia S.p.a. may keep some data even after the termination of the contractual relationship for the time necessary for contractual and legal obligations.
You have the right to access your data at any time. In particular, you can ask for the rectification, cancellation , limitation of data processing in certain cases, to obtain the portability of data concerning you in certain cases, as well as to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data). You can also make a request for opposition to the processing of your data in which to highlight the reasons justifying the opposition. Finally, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
