FAQ
Do you have the Municipality’s Mobility Pass? You can use Tap&Park to pay for parking too.
To pay with Tap&Park, you must be registered with the mobility company of the municipality where you want to use the service and, if required, possess the corresponding Pass (in some municipalities, only vehicle registration is needed). From Tap&Park or your reserved area on the mobility company’s website, access the electronic wallet and top it up securely with a valid credit card.
Don’t have the Municipality’s Mobility Pass?
Request it at the mobility company’s service desks in your city.
Not all municipalities require the Mobility Pass—some only need vehicle registration. Check your municipality’s website or the mobility company’s website for details.
Activating payments with Tap&Park
To activate payments with Tap&Park, you must link the app to your account.
If you have an account and, if required, the Mobility Pass, log in using the same credentials as your reserved area and specify the city where you are registered.
Start and end parking: Tap&Park calculates the amount for you
Open the app and set the parking duration: using your smartphone’s GPS, the app calculates the fee based on the parking zone. If you have multiple vehicles, select the license plate of the one you are parking. If you are eligible for a special rate, Tap&Park will apply it (only if provided by the municipality’s parking regulations).
